Who we are

What we collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers, and it does not embed third-party scripts. It stores only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (if any). We do not build visitor profiles.

If you use our contact form (or email or call us), we process the name, email address, company and message you provide, solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to carry out our business relationship. Messages are delivered to us by email through our email providers (Resend and Google Workspace).

Legal basis and retention

We process correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and managing business relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as necessary for these purposes and to meet legal obligations.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) may be processed by the host for security and operation of the service.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email ervin@greencircletechnologies.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
